A master planned community of 296-homes and a 28-acre community park; targeting first time homebuyers and a workforce that have been priced out of their local market.
A market-rate and unsubsidized project with owner-occupancy requirements and preferences for first time home buyers, but without income restrictions or limits on home buyer appreciation. A drawing process is utilized to eliminate bidding wars.

Bend, OR
New construction of 240-units of affordable housing, targeting individuals and families earning less than 60% AMI. The largest affordable housing project to be built to-date in Bend, Oregon.
Financially subsidized with 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits, City of Bend Affordable Housing Trust Funds, local tax increment financing, and LIFT funds from Oregon Housing and Community Services.
